Support

WhamTech's customer base has predominantly been government system integrators with intelligence and defense programs, which remains a focus.  In the case of system integrators and OEM partnerships, WhamTech supports these companies directly and has little or no interaction with their end-customers.  The support level and the associated pricing is agreed as part of the licensing agreements.  The same is true for direct end-customer support.  Support levels can vary between no support and a time commitment to technical support with agreed-upon response times.

Documents providing technical details are available to download in DOCUMENTS.

WhamTech uses a project management system for developer from Nexus Concepts called Dev Hound (www.nexusconcepts.com/dev-hound.html) that allows extended use by customers to directly report feature requests, issues, etc.

WhamTech has a dedicated Web site for help, tutorials, demos, proof-of-concepts, customer access and developer tools, www.whamtechdev.com, most of which is open to the public, including a comprehensive help system.   The help system is a great place to start for developers and others interested in the practicalities of installing, configuring and using WhamTech EIQ Products, and most of the technical details.

Pricing is linear and buffet style in that it is dependent on customer needs, i.e., the number and types of data sources, hardware, OS platform, features/add-ons and performance.  Basic adapter retail pricing starts at $3,900 for non-indexed EIQ ConventionalAdapter access to Windows files and documents.

It is planned to include videos and FAQs on this Web site in early 2012.

Meanwhile, if you have any questions, please CONTACT WhamTech.
